I didn't understand what it means that all judgment is a confession, like from who to who?

Anyways, I think that it works (though it is hard) to view people in a deterministic way, meaning you don't judge nobody because they didn't have the chance to choose. This might be related to stoicism too.

I can see that. I look at it as everyone is only looking from their own lens/ belief systems / experiences. It’s hard to know what someone’s triggers are. When we understand that everyone projects their inner traumas outward, we can then start to see with more compassion. Stoicism also suggests this.
