There are a couple news sources that keep me on twitter, mostly financial. I would pay modest sum per month to bring to nostr as well (as repost/derivative of their twitter content)

What would it cost to build a service that reads these tweets and then posts them on nostr? Especially interested in the incremental cost of adding one additional account.
