I'm still not sure why it feels like shouting into the void here. I think I recall some apps implementing a friend-of-a-friend filter, which is a reasonable spam mitigation technique, but makes bootstrapping new accounts pretty tough...
Hi Ade 👋. I suggest following many accounts(500+), use hashtags relevant to you (or generic like #plebchain ), and setup your relays (around 12-15) you you get more visiblility overall. Also try nostrnests.com for interaction with #nostriches , from time to time
