Setting up a clothesline inside was a great decision. Just open the window and turn on the fan. And it's one of those retractable ones that extends across the room, so you don't even know it's there otherwise.

I can finally give my wool and linen clothes the air drying they need.

Line drying clothes is so underrated these days. I only use my dryer very occasionally anymore, or when i need to do a quick turnover for the bnb cabin. I have an outdoor clothesline plus an indoor, foldable one for everything else.

I'd love to have an outdoor line one day.

I used to love how my gi would stand up on it’s own after hanging on the line.

Our dryer broke a while back, pretty sure it's a belt and sort of easily fixable, but I'd been wanting a drying rack for all my scarves and shawls that are hand wash. Long story short, yes indoor drying is great and it pumps some humidity in to the house and I haven't missed the dryer...yet.

Today it was kinda cold, but my office desk is colocated in the same room as the drying clothes, fan on, window open. So I was nice and bundled up for most of the day 😅

I'm considering hanging up a hammock inside.
