We should teach children that you beat the shit out of the thief, but only to the extent necessary to prevent them from stealing from you.

But seriously, you’re arguing that allowing criminals to keep their ill gotten gains is a good thing and I’m saying I’m ok with taking it back from the criminals. If the injured parties can be identified, sure, the seized can be restitution…but not if the injured are themselves are also criminal.

Im saying the definition of criminal is a very grey area - Most laws or regulations are created as grifts to enrich cantillionaires. Why would you want to enhance their powers to steal more?

KYC, AML, income and property taxes are prime examples.

I’m not talking about the gray areas though. I’m talking about the obvious existence of black and white areas. I don’t deny that most government law enforcement is gray area bullshit, but there is a legit version too.
