I know nothing about anything , is Jiu Jitsu the martial art that is sort of grappling people on the ground.
I had a friend one time that misunderstood what I was trying to say one time when he came back from training Jiu Jitsu , I said:
"Hey man that's a really good self defense for women to learn" and what I meant was that it is good because it uses physics and doesn't rely on upper body strength , but he just got it into his head that I called him a girl , and he just grappled me to the ground lol .
