I eat red meat only at restaurants because I always screw it ip when cooking it at home. But perhaps it’s because I don’t have an iron pan!

I also read that steel wok pan should be great, any experience with it man?

Noo experience with a steel wok pan. Just standard nonstick frying pans. Haha i had a cast iron griddle i used back in the day at my parents house. Used it once and left it outside in the environments.

I liked this cast iron so much i decided to go there and restore that one to use that as well. Tried to elbow grease the rust out and it was a lot of work. So when i get a chance i will definitely throw it in vinegar or something to restore it and keep that in my kitchen as well πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I think you just discovered a new passion man!!
