Just so you are aware.

A company in the UK called 2Excel acquired a Boeing 727 (typical cost of $4m) and claim to be specialists in Aerial Dispersant Services.

Of course, they would only ever use this plane (Video below) to spray chemicals over an emergency oil spill.

I am sure that's economically viable and the plane is not employed in any other way.

Further reading on 2Excel, who have TWO identical modified Boeing 727 aeroplanes, yes, two.

Both are prepped and on standby to respond to all the Oil Spills that happen every day around the UK.

Interesting and certainly raises questions. But the thing that still makes no sense to is: who in their right mind would spend all this money to increase clouds/ block the sun OVER ENGLAND of all places? Why? If it really was a climate change mitigation action, then why implement it where it's least needed? Still many questions but this is interesting.
