Authoritarianism is increasing in Brazil. Supreme Court decision forcing Telegram to publish the government's lies about the fake news bill, under penalty of a fine of BRL 500,000. It also establishes a fine of R$ 100,000 (US$ 20,000) per hour for anyone using Telegram via VPN.
