Protip: do not ever wander into nostr global unless you’re able to filter the feed to only show content from a paid relay like nostr.wine

You can't even follow popular hashtags.
I haven’t had that problem so I don’t have any protips about that. I have experienced the shithole known as global though. Advanced Nostr Search was a global search when I first made it. Once I started displaying media I learned what a shithole it was and made an npub required.
I think using only paid and WoT relays should solve the hashtag follow problem
