Good question, I always assumed the signer would have to keep up with new nips etc, but I'm honestly not that clever. Guess I can compare release notes later.

My normie approach is just to install the one that is being maintained more actively so I don't miss out on somethig, but ever time I open the nos2x UI I can feel a part of Karnage's soul die from afar.

Ultimately besides support for multiple npubs, I don't think it needs all that much work. NIP-07 hasn't changed, so what else would need to be done? Maybe it's just bug fixes or library updates? I haven't looked either.

I have tested update dependencies before, but I have found some bugs after that, so I've postpone it 😅
