The angle I am approaching this is that every church should accommodate the medium in how a congregant desires to tithe. many churches already do this (i.e. company matching, stock giving, etc).

Typically there's rarely any issues to accommodate the above so why should BTC be any different? I don't think it should.

I believe there can be a case regardless of denomination, theology, philosophy of ministry, country, for every church to be equipped to a accept BTC.
