The Ordinal folks wants to have unlimited witness space for their degen pictures on a shared blockchain, but the block size limit prevents that, when the fee market for scarce block space kicks in, and financial transaction will always outbid degen jpegs, as they are more important. It will pose a problem for them so they will either try to fork it or find different solutions.
