Top-tier diet routine:

1. Breakfast:

• 3 over-easy eggs, a lightly buttered English

muffin, and a small amount of fruit

2. Lunch:

• Grilled fish or chicken with a side of mixed veggies

such as roasted carrots, sliced tomatoes and

cucumbers

• Grilled eggplant with a side of mixed fruit such as

apples, mango, and watermelon

3. Dinner:

• Any kind of lean meat with a lightly buttered

baked potato and some brown rice

• A small salad
