All #Bitcoin in existence, if it wants to move from one address to another address, is designed to be powered/pulled/pushed/fueled by Proof of Work in the meatspace and protocol layers.

If we want #Bitcoin to be the North Star for the Global Economy…

Then we need the 21 million cap + Proof of Work + ~10 minute difficulty target to be the North Star for #Bitcoin.
