The only problem with Nostr is it’s too nice here…
I feel like this is more my home, community, and people; which is wonderful and a space I really needed, but I need a bit more of a fight. I’m considering returning to X in 2025 so I can keep fighting the retards and do my part to help get more people on the lifeboat of Bitcoin and Nostr before it’s too late.
I know it’s bad for my health, but so are all wars.
This is why I stay active on both.

I got close to 30K followers there, and feel like my philosophical presentation of Bitcoin quite a bit different from most other approaches towards bitcoin adoption, but I don’t know. Personally, I see myself as more of a propagandist and agitator so X seems like a good place to rabble rouse a bit, but maybe it is a waste of my time and energy… I have to think about it over the holidays.
Certainly you’re aware that many of the “followers” are bot 🤖 farms & not actual humans. Right?

I think you'll have to pay though, otherwise your reach is quite limited and many people won't be seeing your replies.
I had 30K followers two years ago when I left and I felt like I was only ever talking to other Bitcoiners. Now maybe me being on there would help encourage more to use Nostr now, but ultimately I believe that if I didn't convince them the first few months then it wasn't worth my time.
But as you said, you have a different approach that could be unique.

I found bitcoin fairly recently and, having never used it before, turned to Twitter for information, guidance and like-minded people. Once nostr became a place for this I removed myself from the toxicity, for my own 'peace of mind'. I feel like these kinds of people are more worthy of your time, i.e. those that have found their way through their own volition.
If you're moving back purely for the fight, I think this would be a bad move, but you seem to be a robust guy, and I hope that your fight helps others.
If you're moving back to sincerely help more people, so be it, they'd be lucky to take the instruction.
