Sorry, we have a bug that affects the cache invalidation, I will work on that asap.
In the meantime you can force the update deleting your kind:0 event (this is the id: f1c2ac8db27bd7c0457bafcf8f60b7336ac53a0b7de37388b893870db1607ef6) using https://delete.nostr.com
