You start from scratch or you got it stored dormant? I had to throw out my Herman after several years of output. 😔

Starting from scratch again but what’s weird is it starts up faster because I’ve done it here before? The yeast either lives in the containers I use or it’s just in the house 😄

I have heard it is in the home… waiting for you to feed them again! Haha
