Yep! As long as you use it all within 3-4 months it’s totally good to leave it in the cupboard or counter top

Very conservative estimate there. We've had it last about a year in the pantry, and it didn't go bad, that was just when we used the last of it.
Ha yeah I don’t want people getting sick from my ghee somehow so I air on the side of being SUPER conservative with how long it lasts
