Trying to send sats via Lightning from Blue wallet to Blink (Bitcoin Beach) wallet.

It’s not being allowed.

I’m in the US, so Blink is not allowed, but I’m using a vpn from Canada.

Is it because my Blue Wallet connect to my Lightning node is in the US?

Shouldn’t be a factor since it’s Tor, but can’t figure out how I’m being censored.
