Maybe someone from 4chan will also build the phpBB /messageboard client everyone wants too:)
There's no good way to do it. Every spam post on global would be its own thread. You can already just make new keys on here if you want.
The only new type of NOSTR client I want is one focused on direct messaging.
I think there used to be one but I can't find it now so it probably died.

Do people look at global? I never look there. Also there are relays that filter spam
