"Strategic Incompetence" is the one thing I have to work the hardest for, but it is smart and forces me to constantly shifting fields and topics, else I get bogged down, learning slowed down and value stale. It's easy but unrewarding to rely on old victories, but hard and rewarding to obtain new.

Never heard of strategic incompetence but a few years back was asked to do some lectures. Made them boring with plain PowerPoint slides and was never asked to do lectures again. Such a win

This resonated with me a lot. Gonna procrastinate to implement a few of these while I do other stuff today 😁

Some recent coaching lately has really helped me seperate creativity from poductivity, so I have an "Ideas Garage" that's reviewed once per week, and then a "To Do" list

In particular I've been focusing on 15 min windows to "get shit done", which makes you super focused, and then each time you tick off the list it opens up energy elsewhere

In short: energetics is key to productivity. But you need to understand how to harness your energetics, with manifestation, to actually get anywhere
