missouri has authoritarian liquor laws which push sketchy activity there. Even my dad talks about driving over there to get beer when they had younger age for drinking.

they close at 4am btw. again, how does that have any effect on illinois’ inability to do anything about east st. louis? don’t make excuses. i know you’re old and don’t care about the future since you won’t be here though
