this is a microscope for clinical dentistry. costs around $25,000 , used mostly by endodontists (root canal specialists) in north america. Can also be used for small periodontal surgeries and even fillings. More popular ffor general dentisty ('microdentistry') in Japan. They leave it out because it is annoying to set up and difficult to find storgage for these in a dental clinic
