WTF is wrong at Delta Airlines?

Their DEI department is ordering everyone to capitalize "Black" and "Brown" ... meanwhile when referring to "white" people it should always be lowercase.

This is one of the most racist companies in America today.

WHITE should be in all caps

As a bRoWn person, I would like sarcasm caps

blACK should be capitalized thus to echo the phrase, blACK don't crACK
