After, I certainly don’t know what finality the deep state aims to achieve especially when it comes geopolitical goals. After, I’m not excluding that there are real competition between different figures owned by the deep state because they are allowed to compete by the set of rules that is provided to them but when it comes to the typical false flag operation, I doubt that those are executed by different factions.
