In another post they mention something called infinite options plug-in that thats costing the most? Idk what that is?

Do you need to run your own relay for npub.pro?

You could easily run these types of things on a cheaper host with free plugins

You don't need your own relay for npub.pro, but I agree that no matter how you turn it, running a site reliably will cost 5-10$ a month all things considered, 75$ is crazy.
