I learned that interviews where people are comfortable with are the most telling ones. The challenging interviews just bring noise.
yeah. telling one's point of view only, and not both sides of the coin.
so you will be forced to do you own research. and to be frank, even if you put all your efforts in it, you still might not be albe to resolve all open questions.
hence, one has to appreciate the fact that only during a (good) dialog, you can progress further. and this is exactly what is mostly prevented - i guess for a simple reason to keep us uninformed.
