Most of the sellers on tor markets I use actually prefer bitcoin. Can always coinjoin it.

If Monero ever becomes as big as bitcoin it will be attacked in the same way, plus a few other ways too. It hasn't been tested yet.

Monero also has infinite inflation.

Monero has infinite security budget independent of fee market success/fluctuations.

Yes, we know there's a trade off with disinflation trending against 0 over an infinite time vs disinflation trending against 0 until 2140.

It's security budget (1) vs zero inflation (2). Many people came to the conclusion that 1 > 2
