Look, you can say the same about all crime commited by a couple then. And yes, they will both go to jail. This is called consequence. I think adding adultery to that list of crimes is ok with me. If a couple robs a bank, yes they both go to jail and the child will be taken away. We cant not put someone in jail for crime just because of other reasons. There are consequences and we cant just give out "get out of jail free cards".

I totally understand if you dont think adultery should = prison though. Many states it is already illigal, just no prison. Its a charge. I think that is a start.
