I’ve been upping my protein intake by increasing my egg consumption and a nice side benefit has been stronger nails that don’t tear easily. I’ve never been able to grow my nails to even this length, even though I’ve taken a collagen supplement in my coffee for the past couple of years (does help skin resiliency though!).
