I'm more referring to the Homestead Act of 1862... it's how America populated the Midwest. I'm hoping we reenactment it after the people convict Bill Gates and Ted Turner of crimes against humanity and redistribute their vast land holdings

I see. Hmm will def need to learn more but sounds interesting. I do know they are hoarding land
