I made a new npub last month, still had not added a NIP-05 username for it. Though I don’t believe that you need a new npub to change NIP-05 address.

Cool; thanks. Glad the article was helpful. I, too, need to find a client that enables Zaps. All the things happening on Nostr are hella-cool!
