I can receive zaps, but I’m unable to send them. Do I have enough zaps that were sent to me to send out, or do I need to buy more?

the reason is coinos, you are probably using coinos with its own default nsec instead of the one you are using for your current profile
to use coinos with NWC to work properly to zap people you have two options:
1. in the app you change the nsec to the to the you are using here
2. you create a new profile with the nsec provided by coinos
