Earlier today, someone shared a piece that made two claims: 1) posting is “feminine,” and 2) that Facebook is for women.

While I think a case can easily be made that men frequently communicate in a way that is different than women, I wouldn’t go as far to say that FB is ‘for women.’

What I would say, is that the experience of using FB is strikingly different for men and women, and the reason for that difference likely has everything to do with Meta.

Agree with that piece about FB. Men don't need FB, it's not very useful because it's goal is to capture you of your attention and Rob you of your time. And it does it through the algorithms it employs.

Men need something like matrix to communicate and that's basically it.

Nostr is obviously a better tool for building communities then other currently available ones.
