Ok, so when my friend told me a few hours ago I couldn't believe it and still can't. The US justice system is utterly corrupted because #XRP is the perfect (!) example of a security. 🤮🤮🤮

Actually the judge separated Xrp from ripple. Saying that ripple itsel DID issue an unregistered security to the institutions.

Xrp on exchanges 2nd hand etc trading, was per the footnotes, deemed out of scope and no opinion given.

As I read it.
