I like the idea of Kiva, but I stopped using them when they started sharing user data with Facebook.
Its based in san fran from what i saw on the website. Its not a surprise that they did at some point isnt it a big soup of data sharing there?
I don't know the area, but a lot of that does seem to come out of Cali.
