38 hours in. Woke up with a headache this morning, drank water and lurked Nostr in bed. Got up after a bit and drank some salt water and took a shower, and feeling a lot better.

Hunger is not as much of a problem this time around, but I'll knock on wood. I have a haircut appointment this morning, but besides that I'm really just going to chill out all day.
