I would put the odds high.
1. He said in his call at the 2021 Bitcoin conference that he considered all crypto the same, he may have just said that because he was accepting donations in everything.
2. Chain transparency did him in.
How did chain transparency affect him? The leading evidence was a laptop logged in to an admin account on silk road tracked through tor.
I assume it did. I know he was paying off a government for information (that guy went to jail) He also paid an undercover agent he thought was a dealer. Im not sure if they used any of the transaction data to trace any of his other transactions.
