I had a wonderful weekend in Milan.

Impossible to be carnivore in Italia, IMHO šŸ¤¤ The kicker is that we got passed by a Ferrari driving home šŸ˜‚

I don't think you need to do carnivore in the Mediterranean.

They still seem to have a lot of nutrient-rich and unprocessed food, but Iā€™d be concerned about my waistline. Sugar is a non-no for me.
