I say real estate is a shitcoin because it's a consumptive good being sold as an inflationary money.

Yes! Yes! And yes! 👏👏👏 Too many people don't seem to comprehend this! This is why I keep most of the money I have in cash, in a safe. I only keep, in the bank, whatever I need to pay monthly bills. I occasionally deposit, if I need to. But, that's it.
