Some of this mornings harvest. Too many to eat in one day, but not quite enough for processing as pickles. I had several plant failures and was down to 1 with a straggler. But the second weak one is getting stronger.

Pickles added to a Picadinho, it adds a nice taste.

Picadinho, is a traditional Portuguese dish made with tender, bite-sized pieces of beef, sautéed to perfection with flavorful seasonings.
