#bitcoin blocks have slowed down by 1 minute.

why? how can this happen..
This is part of the difficulty adjustment which happens about every 2 weeks (2016 blocks). Strangely after the previous adjustment lot of #bitcoin miners vanished. Leaving the other miners to work harder. On 29th June the difficulty will re-adjust by getting easier by more than 10% (estimate) and we will come back to our 10 min average block time. Till then, we can enjoy this entirely automatic decentralised system.
