Good wagyu comes only from japan and has a marble (intramuscular fat) rating from A1 to A5 with some additional grades in between. If you get cuts for $75 in Europe you either have European wagyu or low graded (A1/A2) from Japan.
Japanese A5 wagyu ribeyes will set you back around €300 per kg in Europe.
I get mine super cheap. Under $20. Any marbling desired. Blessed for sure 😇
