Family wanted an unhealthy dinner last night so happily grabbed a 16oz rump #steakstr from Lidl. Very very thick, didnβt have quite the time to get to room temp or season, but was amazing. So much flavour if a touch blue in the middle. #grownostr. Tonight, beef shin and oxtail combo.
