Submitting bug report or feature request wouldn’t work well! Normies will not be doing that! Even for me it’s much more faster to tag on here than switching to GitHub and doing so!

I fully agree. Also, I'd love to see a client take on a helpdesk role and add support to their apps. Normies use that. Not GitHub.
