I really struggled to get a wallet going so I just started a new account on Primal since it was so easy to use their wallet

I'm really sorry you ran into this issue. Since Alby Hub is a self-custodial wallet, everything is encrypted with your unlock password and for security reasons, we don’t store it on our servers. That’s why both your unlock password and seed phrase are equally important and must be backed up securely, just as we advised when you set them up.
