This is more towards recognition of subscribing to certain ideological narratives, as it breeds division naturally. The system is faulted through its power dynamics, shit incentives and its unconscious/unexamined ways of thinking.

You 100000% disempower the system when you stand for the values I’ve listed, because you end up setting up a hierarchy of values in which we can try agree upon, let’s say I was religious, and the top of my hierarchy is god, I then have substructures below that which branches towards love, respect, prosperity, trust etc…

Entertaining ideology will only get in the way of true knowledge.

You say that these vague causes only distract from individual issues, but they don’t… I’m still very wary of the issues we face for example, but how am I in anyway allowing oppression to continue? I haven’t got a choice, because I see what the system is breeding.

Ideology however:

"I’m a Republican who loves Trump, he will make America great again!" 😊😊😊😊🔴

"I’m a democrat, Trump is a racist who will ruin our great nation!"😡😡😡😡🔵

Same example can be made with Israel and Gaza, atrocities being made by either side, yet when people support a side it inadvertently enrages and alienates the others in support of the latter.

You are right. Broad sets of default ideological box sets are the problem. Basing one's beliefs on a predetermined box set, rather than coming to one's beliefs thru cohesion with one's morals and values.

"I'm a liberal so I believe X Y and Z" and I'm opposed to A B and C" rather than "I believe X Y A and T because they are consistent with my value of ∆"
