2. It's not just cryptography but cryptanalysis actually that you're trying to understand that's at least twice as complicated to do as you might realise if you just thought this is about cryptography I'm writing about.

Some information is 'missing' (by design also) still this is for legal reasons (interference with known legal proceedings reasons (UK High Court Public Inquiry (SAS War Crimes and others)) and known covert operations in the criminal intelligence, and criminal prosecutions areas of public life in now at least across many countries (and for known court proceedings that have already concluded across at least two continents). The military intel side of things referenced was/is (still) really COUNTERINTELLIGENCE/TERRORISM/WARCRIME: 911/77/311 terrorist ciphers (which turned out to run the world, not just terrorism).
