Exploring? How it serves border less. Well, let's just say there's no algorithms, and filters. People, can post what they see fit from a-z. Others can view their content and don't have to be connected to the same relays as clients are implementing the "outbox model" which works well if they get censored, they can still get their content via alternative relays.

So yes, it's very much border less, censorship-resistance(and nip-65 will secure that future further). I hope this helped. I got guides yo to help you get it.
